These Terms govern use of Slight Vogue’s website and services, including purchases made through the store.

Use, orders and payment

You must provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully and not interfere with operation, security or intellectual-property rights. Product descriptions, prices, colours, measurements and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but display settings can affect colour. Availability, specifications and prices may change. We may correct errors and may refuse, cancel or limit orders where permitted by law. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment.

Delivery, returns and rights

Shipping and return terms are governed by the Shipping Information and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these Terms. The Slight Vogue name, logos, photography, graphics, text, layout and designs are owned by or licensed to us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
