Voluntary 7-day returns

Eligible requests may be made within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, undamaged, tagged and, where reasonably possible, in original packaging. Do not send a return until we approve the request and provide instructions.

Exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, final-sale goods, gift cards, personalised, custom, made-to-order items, pre-orders once production starts, and items that are worn, washed, altered, repaired, soiled, perfumed, damaged, untagged or returned without authorisation are excluded unless defective, damaged or incorrect.

Requests, refunds and withdrawal rights

Email support@slightvogue.com with your order number, item name, order email, explanation and photo/video evidence for any fault or incorrect-item claim. Eligible unfulfilled orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes; later cancellation is not guaranteed. We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved eligible returns are refunded after receipt and inspection to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Voluntary-return customers bear direct return costs, duties, taxes, insurance and handling unless law requires otherwise. EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions; send notice to support@slightvogue.com before expiry and follow the approved instructions.
