In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorisation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking is sent where available.

Pre-order and limited items

These items can require additional production or handling time. A timeframe is shown on the product page or order confirmation where available. Mixed in-stock and pre-order orders may ship together when all items are ready unless split shipment is confirmed.

Delivery

Available destinations and methods are shown at checkout and may change because of carrier, local restriction, sanctions or trade-compliance requirements.

International delivery can take longer because of customs, carrier handovers or local conditions. We may use 4PX Express and its carrier or last-mile partners.

Charges, customs and delivery problems

Charges are shown at checkout. Check your delivery address before ordering; for a correction, contact orders@slightvogue.com promptly with the order number. Where checkout states that duties and taxes are included, applicable charges are included in the displayed shipping charge; customs may still require recipient action. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, contact support@slightvogue.com within 7 calendar days. Refused, uncollected or incorrectly addressed parcels are reviewed after return, and permitted costs may be deducted.
